some of them are in chinease because when you download a game 4 ur card that file has cheats saved to it if its a game that has reacently come out or isent out in our country (mainly in japan ) the cheats will be in japanese but the websites are swarming with games like this because littery every game is made in japan the reason they are in japanese is because whoever put the downlad up on the site has not edited the cheats names so thats why it happens

for my ttds whenever i try to put cheats on my pokemon platinum in the cheats folder it is empty, also with the cheats on pokemon diamond and pearl i can see the cheats byt they dont work
